Brazilian Zouk Workshop with amazing guest teacher from Sao Paulo, Brazil - Rodrigo Oliveira.

Intermediate level Brazilian Zouk Workshop with Rodriogo will be held at Benfica Thursday February 16th - dont miss it!

Rodrigo has been a professional dancer and instructor for 11 years. He has been performing and teaching since 2005 in several dance styles such as Salsa, Zouk and Samba de Gafieira across Brazil and abroad. He and his partner Karina own a dance company called Club Latino in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Rodrigo with his partner Karina was awarded "Open Salsa Brazil" national champions in 2005, being the first couple to represent the country in a world championship of its kind in San Juan Puerto Rico (2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009).
Furthermore, they were finalist on a Brazil TV show called “Se ela dança eu danço”, that is similar to the famous tv show "So You Think You Can Dance”.

Together they worked as dancers in Latin Dance Carnival Company, with the show "Celos" (Brazil 2008), directed by Cervila Jr and 2x4 Mambo Salsa Congress in Puerto Rico (Puerto Rico / USA 2008 and 2009), directed by Sandra and Silvio González ( Argentina).

The Latin Club dance company has created three shows, "Desire", "Nuances Latinas” and" Mosaic". A diverse composition of dance pieces, which explores the languages since ballroom dance to contemporary.

Currently, Karina and Rodrigo are teachers, directors, choreographers and are often invited to perform at dance events/congress/festivals across Brazil. Rodrigo is recognized as one of the most experienced and professional dancers in Brazil today.
